Hejsa...

We refer to our meeting on 14 February 2005, where you asking us to look into your staff members attitude to flexible working hours.

Since the meeting we have been in touch with 1.000 of your staff member. The analysis and the result of the search is describe in the enclosed report.

General it can says that the male staffs are the most positive concerning the possibility night working. In fact will third of the male staff who where asked they prefers this solution, if the chance were there. Many women are yet positive, especially them who have children. They mean, that they can work more effective on night and that they will enjoy the day at home with the children.

Therefore we recommend that Nokia offer unconventional working hours to the staff members. The increasing (globalisering) demands also that there should be staff at work day and night, so costumers over the whole world can be serves quickly and effective.

We hope that you find the report satisfactory.

where you asking ---> ask
describe ---> + d
They mean ---> they think
General = +ly
be serves quickly and effective --> served quickly and effectively

hmmm jeg tar det også lige hurtigt:
on 14 February 2005 --> on the 14th of February 2005.
asking --> asked(datid)
1.000 of your staff member --> 1.000 of your staff members
General it can says --> Generally it can be said
male staffs --> male staff
on night --> at night
day and night --> 24 hours a day

In fact will third of the male staff who where asked they prefers this solution --> In fact a third of the male staff, who were asked, would(husk datid) prefer this solution.

Dette må være mine bud på rettelser...
