“We want to be the best” is a very good principle, because I think aiming to be the best at what you do is a good idea, as it wills the progress the company
“We always keep our promises”. It is good to keep one's promises, because then you can prove that you are trustworthy.
“We are loyal” It is good because they have a good cooperation. Work vironment and the same vision.
“We are business minded”. To ensure the establishment of an awarding relationship with our customers.
They are very useful, because they're given the customers a good impression of Bestseller.
In my personal opinion, I believe these principles are very important. They are strengthening the employees’ morale, which increases their work performance. The principles are basically making frames for the employees. It will result in a highly professional team, with great intentions for their company's vision.
I agree with his quotation, and it’s mainly because of the difference between people. We all grew up with different parents, beliefs, opinions and a lot more. Viewing the person, and notice how he is working with the team. Watching the results, and if there is any sort of hostile language in use.
