Opgaven lyder:
A particle moving along the x axis in simple harmonic
motion starts from its equilibrium position, the origin,
at t = 0 and moves to the right. The amplitude of its
motion is 2.00 cm, and the frequency is 1.50 Hz. The position of the particle is given by
x = (2.00 cm)sin(3.00pi*t)
Determine the total distance
traveled between t = 0 and t = 1.00 s.
I løbet af en periode gennemløber partiklen 4A, som for t=0 er 2/3s, men hvordan kan man kommer videre?

t=1.00s= 1.50T.
dvs at partiklen bevæger sig 1.50*4A=6.00A
dvs at partiklen bevæger sig 1.50*4A=6.00A
