Hjælp til rettelse, tak? :)

Hej venner!
Er der ikke nogle der vil være søde at rette min engelske stil - specielt for ordstilling og nutid/datid?

1)Sarah Hall reports in her text: “Backpackers hit the tourist trail” that a recent research study shows that today’s backpackers are more concerned with smoking dope, sleeping around and congregating in backpacker ghettoes, rather than finding out about local culture and meeting local people which was the idea of backpackers before. She mentions Richard Garland’s cult novel The Beach, which deal with the subject about “searching for the paradise”. Earlier backpackers were travelling to experience new cultures, “find themselves”, or even try to save the world. But as the backpacking phenomenon has been widespread and popular, the usual places the backpackers go to have been swarming and tourism. Therefore the backpackers are not what they used to be. Today most places of pilgrimages are crammed with coffee shops with English names to tempt the backpackers. The backpackers nowadays rather prefer to make a holiday - eat pizza, pancakes and milkshakes, rather than tasting new cuisine. The youth believe that they kind of own the new country too.

Text 1 “Wanderlust” written by Don George, he tells about his trip to France, and how unbelievable it was. The text is about the first time you travelled to a foreign place, and how amazingly it was to learn about a new culture. Therefore this text “Wanderlust” has the opposite opinion about backpackers than text 2. Don George likes to be with the locals and do things he can’t see at home, like go to French restaurants, museums and architecture. In text 2 Sarah Hall writes about the new backpacker culture, and how backpackers don’t want to experience new cultures anymore. On the other side Don George travel to Paris could have happened for a long time ago and if that is the case Don Georges travel to Paris only makes Sarah Hall’s view more believable.

In text number 3, “Why I travel” by Mark Moxon, he tries to explain why he became a backpacker. He visits a friend with a bathroom with only peach-things. He realises that if he doesn’t do something very soon he will end up with a peach bathroom all of his own. It’s a text about doing something radical in one another’s life to find the places in the world for oneself. This text is therefore disagreed with Sarah Halls “Backpackers hit the tourist”. He really found him self in the travelling and he found himself by see new cultures - not by eating pizza.
