In the industrialized world is overweight a serious problem, for both children and adults.
Every day can children and young people sit in front of the TV and devour one commercial after another about food, which are rich on fat and sugar. Children’s inactive life and want of exercise increases their risk of being fat. Many develop an eating problem, which can result in diabetes, heart attack or other obesity related illnesses.
Instead of gain weight should the children change their life stile and eating stile. They should eat healthy, nourishing and tasty food together with the family and be aware of the situation other places in the world. In the Third World-countries is the situation quite different. Millions of children don’t get their daily calorie need, and thousands are starving to death. For them are undernourising on account of the want of food the biggest problem.

In the industrialized world overweight is a serious problem, both children and adults.
Every day children and young people CAN sit in front of the TELEVISION and devour one commercial after another, which ARE rich on fat and sugar. Children’s inactive life and LACK of exercise increases their risk of OBESITY. Many develop an eating DISORDER/PROBLEM which can result in diabetes, heart attack or other obesity related illnesses.
Instead of GAINING weight all the time, the children should change their LIFESTYLE and EATING HABITS. They should eat healthy, nourishing and tasty food together with the family and be aware of the situation, other places in the world. In the Third World-countries, the situation IS quite different. Millions of children do not get their daily calorie needs covered, and thousands are starving to death. To them is MALNUTRITION/UNDERNOURISHMENT**, because of the lack of food, the biggest problem.

** undernourishment - The undernourishment of the animals appalled the volunteers
* malnutrition - The children's malnutrition shocked them
