Obesity has become a huge issue in the western world. Not only in the U.S. but all over the world. People eat more fast food and become more inactive. We need to get moving, and why should we keep complaining about we do not want to move and work out?
We eat too much fat and carbohydrates, without burning any of the calories, and therefore do we get overweight. To solve this issue we have to move our bodies, and we should get started today. But this issue is not only about overweight people. This also deals with physical inactivity. The medical director Dr. Tim Church points out that this group needs exercise as well, and this group is ignored. As a result of this do we have to focus on both group, and point out that exercise is important for any human being. Added to this, we have simply forgotten that we need physical activity. Exercise has a lot of benefits for your own health. You are apple to reduce the risk of heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure and certain cancer. And who want to avoid all that for 30 minutes of movement every day? The U.S government has recently recommended that Americans to get 30 minutes of intensity physical exercise, and more if you want to control your weight or keep fat of. But the most people come home from work, and have to cook dinner and forget to exercise. 30 minutes do not seem like a lot, but it seems difficult to reach that goal without getting any sports involved. But in France did they make a campaign without any sport. They wanted to show that it was possible to reach that goal without any sport. They recommended for example people to get of the bus one stop earlier instead. But on the other hand, who wants to get of the bus one stop earlier? We have to remember what exercise can be fun, and that is the way to go. The government has to come up with options for exercise, and give the population different alternatives. They have to support sports club, and give people the right to free fitness at school and workplaces, as I experienced when I went to High school in Chicago.
As a result of not enough movement do children become obese at an early age. As a consequence of this has the U.S government created programs to help these children before it is to late. Even though has The Bush administration decided a budget cut and the cut affect the kids as well. These kids need help to loose weight and the government is apple to help them with offering these programs. But seen from the government's point of view is it very expensive, but after all is up to your self to get moving. Not everything is up to yourself, when you are a child you copy what your parents do and therefore has the parents a great responsibility. They have to be a role model for their own kids and explain that exercise is important to stay healthy. A lot of parents forget this responsibility and let the child make their own decision. If the parents live a healthy life, and are good role models, will the child in most cases naturally begin to exercise.
Obesity at all ages is not only a problem for the person, bus also for the society. It is very expensive for the national health system to take care of, and the people whose heath is bad are more likely to become ill. But it is difficult for the government to control how much exercise people get, and therefore is it really important for the individual to take responsibility for her or his own health.
We cannot keep blaming anybody else for how our own health is. We have to stand up, and deal with it our self

We need to get moving /instead of going in circles about what we want to do./ and why should we keep complaining about we do not want to move and work out?
We eat too much fat and carbohydrates without burning any of the calories, and therefore do we get overweight. To solve this issue we have to move our bodies, and we should get started today. But this issue is not only about overweight people. This also deals with normal-weight people who can't be bothered to excerise. The medical director Dr. Tim Church points out that this group needs attention as well, but we ignore them instead. As a result of this do we have to focus on both group /groups/, and he points out that exercise is important for every human being. Added to this, we have simply forgotten that we need physical activity. Exercise has a lot of benefits for your own health. You are able to reduce the risk of heart diseases, diabetes, high blood pressure and certain /kinds of/ cancer. And who doesn't want to avoid all that in return of just 30 minutes of excerise every day?
