Rette abstract?

Hej..

Jeg ved godt, at jeg er sent ude. Men tænkte, at det var et forsøg værd.. Er der nogle der gider rette mit abstract? Kan heller ikke det der med komma på engelsk, hvordan er det nu?

Abstract:

This study concerns the women’s liberation in England through the 18th - to 20th century with pri-mary focus on the women’s liberation in the sixties and seventies.
Through an account of the historical background for this liberation and an analysis of the novel “Praxis” by Fay Weldon (1978), I have discussed what consequences the liberation has got for women in nowadays society.
The 18th - to 20th century was a period of great change, a period which was a result of a very turbu-lent development in the society, where the industrial revolution was growing. The democracy came into existence, and a lot of different revolutionary movements were rising. People became very in-dividualized. That meant more independence to the individual and therefore also more independ-ence to women. A woman was used to be totally dependent on her husband, but because of the many changes through the period, which gave the women more rights, women became more and more liberated. But the genders hadn’t got equal rights yet. The struggle for women’s liberation continued and led to the second wave of feminism, which is shown in the novel “Praxis” by Fay Weldon.
It is concluded that the consequences of second wave of feminism are of mayor importance in the way women and men live side by side.
