The paper explores the different kinds of mathematical growths (respectively linear growth, exponential growth and potens growth), and the connection between unemployment and inflation.
When you have some measurements from for example some experiments, you can’t be sure that the measure points are precisely on the concerned graphs. Because of that, it’s okay if the points are approximate near the graphs. To decide that the points are approximate near the graphs; you have to make a regression. From the year 1980 to 2006 there have bin big differences in unemployment. In some periods the unemployment have bin very high - so high that it got up to 12.4 % of the whole Danish population. The unemployment has also bin relative low, but not lower than 4.5 %. The question is; should the unemployment in Denmark get lower than 4.5 % and will there become consequences to make it lower? It is concluded that you can’t get a low unemployment, without there will be some consequences. With a low unemployment the inflation will be high. And unemployment on 5 % is the natural unemployment. When the unemployment is on 5 %, the inflation will be nearly 2 %, which is a very stable inflation.
