If we assume that the death penalty gets introduced to Denmark, what consequences should we expect to see?

First and foremost death penalty is most likely the cruellest and most degrading punishment of all. The death penalty is irrevocable, and can affect innocent people furthermore it has never proven to prevent crime more effectively than other punishments.

Should we just take the chance or? And then the death penalty is an assault on the most fundamental rights in the FN´s Declaration on Human Rights.

Beyond that it is a violation of the FN´s Declaration of Human Rights and that we can beat innocent people to death (hvad mener du hér?).

Another consequence could be the fact, that death penalty makes people angry, for example: if we assume, that your friend has been killed by a murder, which has been given a death penalty he will die as a result of the death penalty.

Then the murderer’s friends and family become angry at the victim and then we will automatically enter in a vicious circle.

It is unnecessary to point out that murder is a cruel crime. Everyone knows that murder is one of the greatest sins, a human can commit. The sinful in the murder lies in the fact that the soul intention is suspended and not in the killing of a particular human physical body. The measure against another soul’s task and intent is so serious that it constitutes a general consideration given very serious consequences. Everyone knows that murder is a terrible crime, but not all live by this insight.
