Problem statement
In the following text you will be introduced to the Danish jewellery company Dyrberg/Kern.
The project is based on the following statements: description and comparison of Pandora and Rigel bracelet and an estimating of target group and its ability to convey the "good story." Furthermore a description of the development of men-jewellery through the time and finally an analyze of some of the company-strategies.

Approach
To solve these statements are following tools used: Designanalyze and -knowledge, Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs, Porter's Generic Competitive Strategies, Price Strategies, The Ansoff Product-Market Growth Matrix and other proficiency within subjects as design, technology and innovation.

Results and conclusion:
The comparison of Dyrberg/Kern and Pandora bracelets shows that they both have a wide audience. The customer´s choice of bracelets is depending on the customer's style, creativity and economic standing. A design-related analyze assume that it is changing in lifestyle, which has created a marked for men-jewelry. After a strategic analyze of the company we can conclude that Dyrberg/Kern is a successful business with a sensational growth rates.
