Hej allesammen :)

Jeg er desværre ingen ørn til engelsk, og vil rigtig gerne have hjælp til at få rette de grammatiske fejl. Nogle der kan hjælpe mig med det?

This text is about how easy it is to change your life, only a little incident can change it forever. In this text it is a woman who gets pregnant, and the father of her child is her boss. One little incident , change her life forever. The woman isn’t able to hold the baby, so she is never get the baby, but when she is pregnant, it gives her a lot of trouble.

This text is about a young woman, she works as an administrative assistant in a cardiac care unit. She is pregnant after having an affair with her boss James Soleander. She tries to deal with her mixed feelings by the affair. Maybe she has the mixed feelings, because she hasn’t told Dr. Soleander about the pregnancy. I get the impression that she looks up to his sister and her boss. The narrator’s sister has everything she ever dreamt of, and her boss has the perfect life, with the perfect wife. The perfect wife comes often down at the office and asks her husband what he wants for dinner, and leaves him a flower on his desk. It is so perfect for narrator, that she have bad feeling of telling Dr. Soleander about the pregnancy, so she is hoping that he will notice it by himself, just as she did. The narrator can’t deal with her problems, she will not deal with that she is pregnant

James Soleander is a doctor. He is a very busy man, who is wearing a beeper in his belt, which means he can be reached day and night. His wife, Donna, is an anaesthesiologist. The narrator compares her sister with Dr. Soleander’s wife, everything they is so perfect. James Soleander is very different from the narrator, the narrator shows her felling but James Soleander shows nothing at all. The narrator wishes to justify that she and her family are equal to Dr. Soleander’s family. The narrator thinks that JamesSoleander has everything, but in despite op that he chooses to have an affair. The reason is that he is so fascinated by the narrator’s irregular heart, her heartbeat is so amazing, and says that he has never heard something like that before.

Their relationships start with the narrator is fascinated by Dr. Soleander, finally she meets someone who cares for her, and he is so fascinated by her heartbeat, those things brings the two of them together, and then they are doing “it” as she says on his desk. The narrator says that it is absolutely not the same relationship between Dr. Soleander and her, as it is between another secretary and her boss, but it is the same. Before the little accident in his office, he bought the narrator presents for her office, but that was over now. He also visits her on her office to have a little chat, but also that didn’t happen anymore. When he discover that the Narrator is pregnant, she is unimportant for him. She visit his office because she feels heartburn, but the doctor doesn’t care, he just say that everyone is having heartburn once in a while. So the relationship between the narrator and Dr. Soleander develops from an emotional relationship to a normal secretary/boos relationship.

This story is build up over the narrator’s pregnancy. As she is getting more and more aware of the baby, Dr. Soleander is getting aware of her, and the climax is when she loses her baby, and her relationship with James Soleander suddenly ends.

The themes in the story is, pregnancy, because we are following the narrator, and her pregnancy, another theme is affairs, and of course is it because the affair between the narrator and James Soleander, and motherhood.

In this case we can see how easily it is to get frustrated, of my view the narrator don’t have anyone to share thing like this with. She is acting very lonely, at have to live with the problem by herself. And if you not have any friends then, you have to tell og talk about it with the man who is the father of the child. If you not are talking with people about you’re problem, you can so esaly get depressed. We don’t know what happens to the narrator, but I think she will leave this way, and still the day today she is in love with her boss.

Venlig hilsen Agnethe
