America is currently going through an immigration burst. Mexicans are immigrating to America. And the Americans are moving out into others countries.
The world is getting globalized and people move to other countries to start a new life, to get a job or to get more sun in the southern countries. We have contacted a girl who immigrated to Loa Angeles County, Calif, America 2½ year ago. Eve, 25, immigrated to America to study, Value chain management. In her spare time she spends time with her boyfriend and she is working as an interpreter. When she first immigrated she could speak a word in English, but today her accent sounds as an American. The only difference about her is her skin-color, or else she dresses, lives, speaks, studies and works as an American. And she had has been   well recie by the Americans. She has left behind her culture and she has assimilated to the American lifestyle. Her family in Mexico still has contact with her they talk together every second months over the phone. They are very hapy about that she is doing well in America. But because of her well assimilated lifestyle in America the family thinks she has left a part of her identity from the important culture she has from her childhood. The family has told her to participate in solemn or else they will turn their backs on her. But Eve does not care as long as the family stays in Mexico, she has her boyfriend, and she got a lot of friends. So she thinks that she can live without her family if they turn their backs on her.

Pros immigrants assimilate well in the American system they are working hard in their own country to get less than they can get in America. And when they work as hard in America as they do in their original country they can easily obtain their dreams perhaps the American dream. New immigrants are also typically, hard-working people with families and that’s positive so that their children can look up to their parents as good role models. A good thing about immigration is that the big cities will not die out, when citizens move out and others move in, it will keep balancing. The young immigrants adapt best the American culture they watch more English language television than television in their own language. And they are joining the American people by marrying them, and the rates of mixed-race married are increasing. The US also have an advantaged of getting to a bigger market, because they can use the immigrants to correspond with people from their own country so they can adapt the countries they correspond with, because most companies do not now how to advertise to for example to the Hispanics as Tom MacDonald’s, vice president of TeleTech says. The furnish company Ikea created a Spanish – language catalogue for the U.S. Because they identified that the number of Hispanic Costumers is increasing.

Cons some immigrants can become a burden to the U.S. if they are sick and need help from the health system and they can’t work. And when illegal immigrants is fleeing to America when descendants are making trouble instead of getting educated.

The immigrants have to educate to live a better life in order to make the economical system run. They also have to talk English in order to participate in the society. To become integrated in the American system you first of all have to understand and learn English. I think that it is a good idea to get a job so you can work to survive instead of ending up on the street. I also think that if a person work hard he/she will do very well in the U.S. and that will help the government the person can be safe in the US. I do also think that the U.S. has to be open about immigrants and take care of them by offering, language teaching where they can learn the language, the basics about the society and get some friends so that they do not get isolated. I believe in integration when both the U.S. and the immigrants give it an opportunity to function by helping each other.
