The number of Muslims in Europe is beginning to grow. Many Muslims from the Middle East are moving to Europe to work. They planned to return home as soon as they could. But it is a hard for their children, because their children were born in Europe, gained fluency in their national language and became educated in their society. It is hard for the parents to make a decision to move back to their country. The new generation of Muslims in Europe has changed since the elders came to Europe. They are now talking and thinking different, they are taking different clothes. How could all that happen, what were the different between living in Europe and the Middle East?
These people who lives in the Middle East are much more different than Muslims who born in Europe. Muslims in the Middle East have different traditions, because there are many Muslims people around each other. So they will be much more religious than the European Muslims. When you are a Muslim in the Middle East, you have to follow some rules. For example the women may not go with brassiere on the beach in Saudi-Arabia. They should have a costume called Niqab. Some countries are different from each other in the Middle East. These countries which are too much religious have hard rules.

But everything is different when you are living in Europe. I have experienced that for myself. I have been in Saudi-Arabia and Lebanon and you can clearly see the difference. Europe is freedom. You can do everything you want, drink in front of everyone, and kiss with your girlfriend in front of everyone, this is Europe. But not when you are in the Middle East countries that have hard rules. You will directly be caught and punished if you do such things. When the children are going to school in Europe they will integrate with the European people. So they will off course learn each other their own culture to know. As Tariq Ramadan said: “The path leads from simple integration to mutual enrichment”
Most of Muslims in Europe have read something of Quran before, and it makes them to feel as a real Muslim. When Ali began to be a real Muslim, his father was being irritated by his changing. Everyone must have his own decision and look to the right path whatever the friends and parents didn’t accept that. Islam is active now at the local level, they are building mosques and they can vote. Islam is being growing in Europe. Some people come from the Middle East only to share Islam between people. Tariq Ramadan said: “Muslims in Europe should be only Muslims instead of forever remaining North African, Pakistani Muslim”
I think Tariq Ramadan is right, because he means that we should have to integrate with each other to get one society and trusting each other. We are equal citizen, but with different cultural and religious backgrounds, so we need a strong and effective ethics of citizenships. we should agree on that we live in pluralistic society.
If all the people want to have a good future for Europe, they need to accept this challenge to living together. We need to talk together and going together and meet with new friends here and participate in activities in Europe if we should integrate together. The immigrants, who were influenced in their country, can’t tolerate to live the rest of their life here in Europe. I am talking about the people who live alone here in Europe without a family. The new generation of Muslim in Europe can be used for many things. They can show that Europe is useful continent. A lot of jobs and good people and easy to integrate into it, if you probably behave.
