Hjælp til rettelse af engelsk stil

Hej..

Har rettet lidt i den hist pist. Den er ok, men kan virke som om der er for mange gentagelser i. Det gør den lidt forvirrende faktisk.

Der er fx ingen grund til at køre så meget rundt i, at det var så godt dengang på den samme måde. Det kunne godt variere lidt mere.

I was on my way to work, when I heard the song on the radio. It was the same song we used to sing on Thursdays, when I was in the 10th grade.  I remember it like it was yesterday. Our teacher, Rasmus, introduced us to the song “Touch me” by The Weeping Willows. At first I didn’t like the song, but Rasmus told us to go home and listen to it, so we could use the song in our band. After listening a lot to it, I began to really like it and the next day I was constantly singing the song. The song brought back a lot of good memories. The 10th grade was a really great year for me.  I spent a lot of time with my best friend, Lærke, and I made many new friends, I had a good job, I earned my own money and I had a great relationship with my mother. It was one of the best years of my life.
Back then I wanted to work with children. That was my plan for the future, but today I am a proud owner of my own shop, where I sell pets. I had never imagined myself having a job like this, because I was a very shy girl. Even though I didn´t end up working with children, I had three children with my husband, Caleb. Two girls and a boy; Isabella, Chella and Tino. We´re living in a small house with our dog and a little aquarium.  I love my life as it is right now, but I would really like to have another year in the 10th grade.  Those were good times. I just fooled around with my friends (mostly Lærke). We had a lot of fun, we laughed without a reason and we always had a great time together! She is the best friend I´ve ever had and she´s actually also the reason that I chose to go in the 10th grade. I have Lærke to thank for a wonderful year. I wouldn´t say that I miss going to school and doing homework every day, but I miss all the great friends I met there. They were a big part of my life and they will always be in my heart.
