She was a straight-A student and very together (tjekket) until she stopped eating food. She started loosing weight and in the beginning everyone was telling her how great she looked. But that wasn’t enough for her; for the first time she felled that she was in control/had control and she wanted to lose more. Everytime she lost one pound she was elated (opstemt). People stopped complimenting her which made her loose even more weight because she thought that she was failing. Eveyone knew that something was wrong but she wouldn’t admit it to herself. At last her father forces (tvinge) her to eat and she realizes that the disease is controlling her.
