Rettelse af to korte tekster ! :))

Text 1:
The story begins at Barneys department store in New York. A young British woman is trying out an expensive pair of Manolos boots, and trying to decide whether or not to buy them. In the end she does.
After returning home to London, she does not wear the boots for six months, till her friend Spencer (who talked her into buying them in the first place) visits London and the meet up. At the restaurant she attends with Spencer, she notices a dashing young man standing alone. They start talking and end up forming a more meaningful relationship.
After a while of dating he asks her to marry him, at first she says yes but after he criticzes her boots, she sees flaws in him and ends the relationship.

Text 2:
At the beginning of the story the young British woman Lulu is in New York on a 4 day trip which she is blowing two months of rent money on. One afternoon after drinking too much alcohol at lunch, she finds herself falling in love with an expensive pair of boots. She describes how they make her feel thinner, richer and even more intelligent. Although she is considering leaving without the boots after hearing from her friends how good she looks, she decides to buy them. For the next six months she doesn't wear them. She feels the guilt of spending that much on a pair of boots, even if they were on sale.

When Spencer comes to London for a visit, and she is meeting him in at a restaurant, she contemplates what to wear with her boots, deciding on the basis of which area of England it is.
At the restaurant she notices a handsome young man standing alone in the corner, and as she gets up to go to the bathroom she notices him checking her out. With her newly found confidence, which she gives the boots credit for, she walks over to him.

They end up having a good time and all seems perfect. She feels lucky having a rich, beautiful and stylish boyfriends. In this love spell she is currently under, she calls Spencer to tell him all about her new love, but his reaction is not what she expected. He tells her that Charlie might not be the right one for her, but she brushes it off as jealousy on his part.

After Charlie proposes to her, she can't help but think of what Spencer said. Even though this guy seems perfect, after he criticzes her boots she finally realizes that this man isn't right for her, his lifestyle and goal in life is not similar to her own, so she starts walking.

After returning home to London, she does not wear the boots for six months, until her friend Spencer (who talked her into buying them in the first place) visits London and the meet up.

She feels the guilt of spending that much money on a pair of boots, even if they were on sale.

When Spencer comes to London for a visit, and she is meeting him in at a restaurant (kig lige på sidste sætning igen).

They end up having a good time and it all (eller everything) seems perfect.
