Energikrisen
The energy crisis.
Most people in the industrialised world know that the energy crisis is now a part of our lives. Oil is still produced in bigger amounts, but it is still sold to more expensive prices. Instead of just enjoying the life, which people did in the 60’s, we must gradually change our habits to save the energy.
Therefore we must let the car stay at home and take the bicycle, bus or train – or perhaps some would prefer to walk or go on horseback which is healthier too.
There are also other advantages by the crisis. All people is getting more aware of the energy, and the science finds new methods to replace the oil. This means that the society saves money, we reduce the pollution, and in that way we give the nature another chance to survive.
The rising oil prices have almost made the modern man give up the hope to preserve the existing living standards. However you must remember that if the development from the 60’s was continued, it would possibly imply the death of nature.

Hej Mathman
Her er mit bud:
Most people in the industrialized world know that the energy crisis has become part of our existance.
Oil is produced in progressively larger quantities and sold at progressively higher prices.
So instead of enjoying life as done in the 1960s, we gradually have to change our habits in order to save (the) energy.
That is why we have to let the car stay at home and ride the bike, bus or train - or perhaps some prefer to walk or go horseback riding, which is healthier too.
There are other advantages of the crisis also.
Everyone becomes focused on enegery, and science discovers new methods of replacing oil.
This means that society saves money, we reduce pollution, and we hereby gives nature a chance to survive.
The increasing oil prices have almost made modern man lose hope of preserving his current lifestyle/standard of living.
We must, however, remember that if the 60s development had continued, it would perhaps have meant the death of nature.
