(1. del) Hey.. er der nogen der vil kigge på min engelsk oversættelse?

The Harrison family live(s) a little outside Hastings in England. The family consist(s) of Mr. Harrison who(m) is a businessman, Mrs. Harrison who is a housewife and their two children Jennifer and Martin.
Jennifer is the eldest of the two; she is 15 years old and attends he local comprehensive school, which is free. She has chosen the subjects mathematics and biology because she thinks it will be most/more practical for her later on in the life. It is her great wish to become a veterinary (surgeon) – she loves animals – she has a dog herself; his name is Plim and a horse.
Martin is 6 years younger than her. He attends a private school, a preparatory school because he is going to Rugby, one of the famous English Public Schools. It is actually a misleading tern, because Public Schools are not (exactly) public on the contrary they are / but expensive private boarding schools for boys, where it is very hard/difficult to be admitted/get in.

Jennifer er den ældste af de to, hun er 15 år og går på den lokale udelte skole som er gratis. Hun har valgt fagene matematik og biologi, fordi hun mener det vil være mest pratisk for hende senere i livet. Det er nemlig hendes store ønske at blive dyrlæge-hun elsker dyr-hun har selv en hun, den hedder Plim og en hest.
Martin er 6 år yngre end hende. Han går på en privat skole, en forberedlsesskole, fordi han skal på Rugby,en af de berømte engelske public Schools. Det er egentlig en misvisende betegnelse, for public Schools er NETOP ikke offentlige, men dyre private kostskoler for drenge, hvor det er meget svært at komme ind.
