Men de bliver imponeret over bl.a. de lave lønninger, de ser i andre lande,” siger John Jensen og tilføjer: ”Derfor er det vigtigt, at beslutningen om en eventuel udflytning træffes på et solidt grundlag, der minimerer risikoen.” (…)
Han mener, at nogle virksomheder ikke forbereder sig godt nok, og en typisk fejltagelse er at fokusere alene på lønninger, der ofte er markant lavere end i Danmark i de fleste lande.

He points out, that there is a long number of risks, which the company leaders have to consider and take into account, if they want to be sure of, that outsourcing becomes a success. (…)
“Our feeling is, i.e. on the basis of our report, that several companies underestimate, how hard it really is to outsource. But i.e. they become impressed over the low wages, seen in other countries,” says John Jensen and adds: “That is why the decision about a potential outsource is made on solid basis, which minimizes the risks.” (…)
He believes that some companies do not prepare themselves well enough, and a typical mistake is to focus on the wages alone, which are often strikingly lower than in Denmark in most other countries.
