Håber der er en der lige vil rette min stil hurtigst muligt, den skal nemlig afleveres i morgen!
Young offender grins as he gets 5 months
The door to the courtroom gets closed and the case gets started. The judge entered the room and there was completely quiet.
Winchester Crown Court had heard that the young guy – who has been convicted for raid a bank in 1998 – had been able to knock a guy, David down on the street near a nightclub in London.
The judge asked: “The guy had knocked David down on the street but why? There must be a reason and we need an evidence.”
Robert Ives had been summoned as a witness, because he had been at the same plays as the guys. He said “I have known him in a long time, he is a nice guy but sometimes is he very temperamental and it is mainly when he gets drunk. This night when it happens he was very drunk and he needs some money to get a taxi home.”
Alex Cruz, defending, told that the guy had taken some money form David and he had also kicked him in his stomach after he had knocked him down.
Robert comes with an impulse; he had not seen him kick David in his stomach.
David, who had been knocking down, said: “I had not seen this guy before and suddenly he stood next to me. He said that he wants my money but I would not give it to him. He turns around and I thought he would go but in the moment he knocked me down and then I can’t remember what happens.
The judge said: “This is not enough, we want more information and a witness who don’t know some off those guys.
Mr. Louis, an old man had told the police that he had seen the young guy kick David in his stomach and he had also observed that he had taken something in his pocket. The judge had some different point of view but they make a decision and the young offender grins as he gets 5 months.
