The rickets
“They are a stigma on England, and in the whole country we are agreed about condemn them.” These words came from Tony Blair, after a number of hooligans have been put under arrest by the French police in Marseilles in connection with the soccer world championship. The phenomenon was by no means new, but it was a little surprise, that there among the thugs was quite a few fathers with a regular job. Some analysts means, that a lot of young Englishman’s, in defiance of that they have reasonable conditions at home, looks on the continent as a place, where you reckless are able break away. Besides became the English players not the world champion.

"hooligans had been"...
"was by no means"??
", that" (aldrig komma før that, det sker gentagne gange...)
"Some analysts mean"....
jeg vil hellere sige: Besides, the English players did not became world champions.

"but it was a little surprise?
"but it was quite a surprise", hvis man siger "a little" lyder det ikke som om det er nogen stor overraskelse.
håber du kan bruge det til noget...

They are a stigma on England and i the whole country we have agreed upon condemning them. These words came from Tony Blair, after a number of hooligans had been arrested by the French police in Marseilles in connection with the World Chanpionship in soccer. The phenomenon was by far not anything new, but it was quite a surprise that there among the thugs were quite a few family fathers with a regular job; in defiance of them having reasonable conditions at home , looks on the continent as a place, where you recklessly can break loose. Besides that, the English players did not become world champions.
håber det er til noget hjælp..
