How can we stop the drug addicts? Are we able to at all to stop them? The policy on drugs has a (foreslag) to, how we can stop them.
The policy on drugs meant, that there were 5.000 (hårde) drug addicts, but they took wrong. We think today, that there are about 10.000. The stakes of the police or the special treatment offer were not too much help.
Many think about that we should legal the drugs. But before we should do that, are all the countries able to bee agree. Though all the countries were agree it would (stadig) bee banned to trading with drugs.
The foreign and the Dane(danske) backers earn a lot of money, because they sells drugs to about 10.000 Danes drug addicts.
One of the (foreslag) is that we can give the drug addicts gratis drugs. So can we avoid, that they doing crime because to buy the drugs. We should also open drug clinics over the whole country. Here can the drugs addicts get gratis drugs. The foreign backers would give up selling drugs to Denmark. The same would the Dane backers also do, because it would bee difficult for them to sell the drugs when the drug addicts gets gratis drugs on the clinic.
With this new policy on drugs can we also stop the young and new drug addicts. Because whose all the (hårde) drug addicts are in the clinic and they took there drugs there, so will there not bee more of the drug environments, where the youngest can buy drugs.

Undskyld, men det er netop sådan nogle som dig (red.L), som gør at disse personer (suzie etc) bliver ved med at poste deres lektier herind, så venlige mennesker som dig kan lave dem for dem!

Sorry, men så vidt jeg kan se, er der jo ligesom kommet et foreslag fra suzie, eller....???. Desuden er det heller ikke rettet specielt grundigt igennem (ikke for at retfærdiggøre mig selv, nærmere ment som en hentydning til suzie om at den nok skal tjekkes igennem en ekstra gang, og gloserne der er brugt skal du nok lige slå op og tjekke). Men ja, sorry...

The policy on drugs ?meant? (estimated?), that there were 5.000 hard drug addicts, but they were wrong. Today we think, there are about 10.000. The effort of the police ("politiets indsats", stake betyder indsats i f.eks. gambling) and the special treatment offers aren't much help.
Many (people) think that we should legalize drugs, but before we can do that, all countries have to agree. Even if all the countries were to agree, drug trafficking/pendling (drug pushing i mindre målestok) would still be illegal.
Both danish and international drug kingpins ("narkobaroner") make a lot of money by selling drugs to the 10.000 danish drug addicts.
One of the suggestions is to give the drug addicts free drugs and, in this way, avoid (reduce) drug related crimes. We should, in addition, open drug clinics all over the country, where the drug addicts could get their drugs. The international drug suppliers would (as a result) give up selling drugs to danish drug addicts. This would (hopefully) be the case for the danish suppliers too because they would have a hard time selling it.
This (new) drug policy would also help younger drug addicts; because if all the hard drug addicts are concentrated at the clinics there will be no place for the young ones to buy drugs.

We think that there are about 10.000 hardcore drug addicts today. Although the police and special treatment offers try to the reduce the problems, nothing seems to help.
People actually think that drugs should be legal. However if that is to become a reality, frankly all countries have to agree upon legalizing drugs.
Though all the countries were to agree, it would still be illegal to trade with drugs.
Foreign and Danish drug barons make a lot of money by selling drugs to the about 10000 Danish drug addicts.
One suggestion is that we give drug addicts free drugs. That would prevent them from having to commit crimes to get their hands on their desired drugs.
Another way could be to open drug clinics all over the country. The addicts could then come by when they needed their drugs. That would also have the drug barons shut their illegal business down. They would simply not be able to run a business when others would offer the same goods for free elsewhere.
With this new drug policy, we should also be able to stop young people from becoming drug addicts. Because if all the hard drug addicts are concentrated at the clinics there will be no place for the young ones to buy drugs.
