Hej alle jer!
Er der en klog person, som gider at rette denne engelske tekstdel for mig? er nemlig ikke særlig god til at se mine egne fejl!
It is not unusual that teenager’s breaking free cause dislike of parents. Many parents be-come very uncertain about how they should behave. It is especially important that the parents´ love, presence and clear announce-ments are a part of the teenager’s choice of live style. The teenager has need of the parent’s understanding, guidance and care. A positive and open communication between parents and their teenagers could strengthen the teenager’s personal development and pre-vent unlucky social relations. A dialogue will also cause that parents will feel what teenager’s need is and for that reason they will respect the teenager’s personality. Another very important matter is norms and values, which the parents have to form if they want to create a safe atmosphere for their children. The teenager can moreover use these norms to build on in the future. A good relationship focuses as well on that the teenager mostly makes its own choice, so respect and confidence become somehow decisive in the rela-tionship. The parents always need to show responsibility for their children, both as the fellow player and the opponent, but contemporary they have to be somewhat acceptable. Present acceptance will give the teenager a positive self-image and a feeling of support and safety, which I think are very important in a relationship between parents and their teen-age children.

Jeg forstår dog ikke helt hvad du har ville skrive i den første sætning. Mener du at de bryder båndene til deres forældre eller?
