hej.. er der nogen som gider at kigge på min oversættelse.. på forhånd tak
Han var sikker på, hvad han ville, mens hun på den anden side ønskede mere tid til nøjere overveje sagen. Igen og igen hævdede han, at han efter moden overvejelse havde fundet en løsning, som også hun uden det mindste besvær kunne leve med, hvorimod hun med rette eller urette mente, at han som så ofte før ville trække det længste strå. De havde altid af en eller anden grund, som var svært at forklare, haft vanskeligheder i deres samarbejde, og alligevel var deres firma gennem de seneste år vokset og vokset. Derfor forekom det hende temmelig ulogisk, at han netop nu under så gunstige omstændigheder for firmaet foreslog en opsplitning

He was sure of what he wanted, where she on the other hand wanted more time to accurately consider the matter. He persistently maintained that he after mature consideration had found a solution to the matter that she without the least of trouble could live with, whereas she rightly or not thought, that he would pervail. They have always had difficulties, for some reason hard to explain, in their partnership, and still there company had grown and grown over the last years. Therefore it appears to her rather illogical, that he just now under so favourable circumstances for the firm suggested a split-up.
Her er mit beskedne forslag...jeg er ikke sikker på det med "det længste strå".
