A recipe
Chocolate cake
Ingredients:
75 g margarine
300 g sugar
2 eggs
300 g flour
2½ dl milk
ca 50 g cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
(If necessary 200 g hacked dark chocolate)
Procedure for chocolate cake:
Melt the margarine and put it in a bowl with the sugar. Mix it up.
Put the eggs in the bowl one at the time, and blend well every time
Add milk and blend carefully.
Then put in flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and vanilla sugar. Mix it all well, until the paste is soft. HÆLD the paste in a SMURT SPRINGFORM. Bake the cake VED 175 degrees in 25-35 minutes.
If you want to, you can put frosting on the cake, when it’s cold.

teaspoonful = teskefuld
and blend well every time = and blend it well each time
