Can you think of a better title?
School shooting can be a suitable title to the article, because there are a lot of stories about scooting pupils in schools. The title can also be Columbine High School massacre, because the article happened there and also because threatening of school shooting happens too often in schools. Reasons of shooting are also good enough. In the article, there are many reasons to shoot somebody. The article came with sensible and ridicules reasons.
Does the article come up with any answers to pre-reading questions 2?
Yes, the article came with intelligible examples to comment on the children’s motives for threatening to shoot, mostly the example with Williams. As I said, there were also examples which were strangely and silly as the little story about the six-year-old daughter which arrived at kindergarten with a loaded handgun. She wanted to show it to her friends. Just think about her parents. Where were they when she took the gun? Maybe they were busy. So why did they not check her before she goes to the kindergarten? Actually there are many questions to this situation, but can we get the answer.
