In the industrialized world overweight is a serious problem, both for adults and children. Every day children and adult can sit in front of the TV and consume the one commercial after the other about food, which is rich of fat and sucker. Children’s sedentary life and lack of exercise increase their risk for obesity. Many develop an eating problem, which can lead to diabetes, heart attacks or other obesity related illnesses. Instead of always putting on weight, the children should change their life style and eating habits. They should eat healthy, nutritious, and tasting food with their families and be attentive towards the situation other places in the world.
In the third worlds- countries, the situation is quite differently. Millions of children dont get their daily calorie need demands meet, ant thousand starve to death. For them undernourishment is, because of lack of food, the biggest problem.
