by you and Terence C. Lam.  Due to my doctoral thesis in traffic psychology I am preparing a meta-analysis which shall cast light on the question, which psychological factors do affect public acceptance of road pricing and parking pricing measures. I am searching for a broad foundation of published and unpublished studies to base my meta-analysis upon. The above mentioned article appears to base on a study that might be relevant to my work. To decide on the relevance, it behooves me to know if the data of the State Route 91 Survey (1998) include correlation matrices of sociodemographic data (esp. income, gender, age) in connection with lane usage data. Do you have knowledge of articles that provide these correlation matrices?
Over and above I am very grateful for any additional references or recommendations.
