In our new market research are we sending specialists into customers’ homes to live with families for weeks at a time. They collect details on everything the families do, the technology used in the home, things needed to make their lives easier and the thought processes involved in making a purchase.
Our specialists will follow the family in one week and 8 hours a day. The family gets not illuminated about what there examine, because it’s some private.
