It does not go so well with selling our clothes. I do not know the exact reason for this, but think the one of reasons could be that the people are not seeing our many offers and other goodies we have. Our profits this year are simply not enough. So we must act quickly so we can reverse our deficit up to profits. I have thought much about which new opportunities we can get and my only result is that we can get a new method which is used at some places. It is the method where we send our customers text messages, which our new offers, and that kind of stuff. Things we can entice our customers with. We will not only have the young audience with. We will also have the elderly with us. We bought a lot of new clothes for people of all ages. Therefore, we believe that the SMS messages could be good, because you can get it all with. For example we tell them what we have of different offers, advertise the new clothes etc.
The benefits of this is more customers. It is very good with a lot of advertising, it does not hurt anybody. But we must also be careful so it is not going to be too many advertising.
I do not know how we could get so many people’s number or email to could send them our different offers. That is one of our problems. I have not thought the idea completely through the smallest detail, but I think with yours help it could be a successful idea.
The good thing is we already have a lot of members, where we have their numbers because of their membership. Therefore it is only those customers who come in future we must get an email or number of.
I would therefore like to call you all to a meeting on September 26 to talk about it.
