Dear sir

Thank you for your reservation of a hotel room in the period from May the 10th to May the 12th. We write you this to confirm your reservation and to hear if we can help you with further information.

As an extra service in connection with your stay, we attach a line of links to different attraction in the area. Furthermore we draw attention to (slettet komma) an extra ordinary mode week here in this city.
The hotel is centrally placed in circumstances (hvad skal sætningen betyde?) to the underground stations Russell square and King´s Cross, from where there is direct connection to the different mode show (hvis der er tale om flere forskellige, skal det være i flertal), which take place in Somerset House.

The price includes English breakfast, served from 7 a.m. you can order the dinner in the reception before 10 a.m. we can inform you that the rooms are at your disposal on the day of arrival from 11 a.m.

Skal "mode week" betyde modeuge på dansk? I så fald skal det være "fashion week" på engelsk.

1.  Man skriver ikke "May the 10th", men  "10 May" (-uden punktum efter 10)

2.  ikke  "to hear if we can help you", men   "to know if we can.........."

3.  "help you with any further information."

4.  "from where there is a direct connection"

5.  "a (line of) links to (different) various  attractions"

6.  "(Furthermore w) We would also like to draw your attention to....."

7.  "an extra ordinary mode week" nej,  "a very special fashion week  here (in this city) "

8.  "Russell Square"
