Who is responsible for our excess weight? An american judge has to make a decision regarding the 56-years-old and 120 kilogram heavy man Caesar Barber who has taken legal proceedings against McDonald's hoping that they will pay compensation for selling him the food, which has made him fat. Barber's declaration is that he did not know anything about the nutritional content of the burgers and chips which he has stuffed himself with five times a week since the 1950's and which he unbelievable enough continued to devour after a couple of heart attacks. The media has mocked Barber a lot claiming that he is only seeking some easy money and that he is to blame himself for his tremendous enlargement of the width around his waist. However, he is being supported by a few doctors who are pleased to see how the american obesity epidemic has been brought into the limelight.
