Ask the German people why Denmark is a good place for holiday or accrue to!
Every year thousands of people from Europe come to Denmark, for holiday or for accrue to! And many of them search for the islands. What about the beaches, that Denmark is very known for! We are almost surrounded by water, and then we have many beautiful beaches. And when the summer is here, Denmark is a very good place for a summer holiday.
We have also a very beautiful nature that is well kept. We have many castles, and other historically sights. Like Holger Danske, that is sitting in the cellar of Christians Borg.
Our cities and towns are also very beautiful places. We have Copenhagen, were you can sightsee down the river, on Nyhavn; or go to the Royal Theater and se some ballet.
You can also see one of the oldest traditions in Denmark. Our monarchy. We still have a Queen (soon a king) and the Danish people love her.
If you are interested in art, you can visit the States Museum Of Art, were many of the known Danish artists have their paintings.
There are also many other small museums, which are very interesting. Such as the Johannes Larsen Museum in Kerteminde. There it is his old house that have been kept and renovated to a museum of his own paintings and personal stuff.

If you want to see a deferent Danish nature and culture then you should go to Bornholm. It’s a little island in the Easter Sea. It is a very beautiful island, which is made of rocks and sand. They have one of the most beatiful beaches in Denmark. In the old days, people used the sand from that beach to hourglasses because the sand was so fine!
There are also a very beautiful nature there, and one of Denmark’s largest forests.

Then you can go to Jutland. In Jutland there are mostly cows and a lot of fields, but there is a beautiful nature.
And we have sights. Such as Kolding House. The old castle was where Christian the 4. lived. But in a battle with the Spain’s, the castle burned down. But it was rebuilt and knows it’s a big tourist attraction in Jutland!
You do know Lego don’t you? So why don´t go to Legoland and have some fun.

On the West coast we have some of the best beaches in Denmark. And if you go to Fanoe then you also can se a well-kept culture. The people over there live in small thatched houses. Many of them have kept a tradition, from the old days. It’s folk dance I talk about. It’s an Old Danish dance.

In the north Jutland you can see some old bunkers from World War II. They have been renovated and it’s a museum now. In there, there is much interesting stuff about the German troops in Denmark.

If you are young and wants to spend your holiday with other young people, then you should go to Lykken. It’s a place on the west coast where thousands of young people from all over the country meet, and have fun. There are big discotheques and beaches, so there is something for everybody.

In the sonderjutland they have their own dialect. Half German and half Danish. And even some of the Danish people don’t understand them. But they have one of Denmark’s oldest kept town. It’s a very old and beautiful town to live in. And then again it’s not fare from the west coast.

In Denmark we have many interesting attractions, and we follow the technology too. There are many new companies in Denmark that are working in the information technology. Many of the Danish people are interested in computers, but mostly the young ones.

So I think we have a very good chance to compare with the Iris people. There are no places in the world that are perfect. Denmark can be perfect for one person and Ireland for another. So it’s up to us what we find perfect in our life. I think if you need to find the perfect place to live, then you have to visit every single country in the whole world.
