Nogen der vil være så søde at læse denne stil igennem, vil blive utrolig glad hvis nogen gad komme med rettelser eller ændringsforslag på forhånd tusind tak.
A woman is not satisfied, before she has a great job and perfect family. Nowadays women’s will not just go at home and take care of the children. They won’t some serious challenges. The young employees don’t want to go follow in the parent’s footstep. They don’t want to work all day; they know there are more in life than work.
I think it is a great development we see right now. I don’t think it is just the women’s responsibility to take care of the children. I mean in these case men and women should be equal. I think it is great, that we now see more men’s going on MBA and more women’s on flexible hours. Now we also see that workplaces are accepting the flexible hours concept. All these belongings demand much of the companies. I company nowadays shall be preparing to give an employee the day off, that could be because of a sick child or maybe an employee wants to work home one day. The employees become now many assets, and it is important that the companies give it to them. Because if the don’t give them all the gut assets, the employees find a better place to use there knowledge. People want to do so many things in there life’s and they want to do it now not tomorrow, that result in loans. So acutely the employees don’t have the time to work so much, but on the other hand they have to work much, to pay there loans back. So we see that the employees don’t want to work so much but have to earn many money. That doesn’t belong together, unless the employees are well educated. So the can get a big pay check at the end of every month.
We see that the young employees are changing attitude, they want to focus on there family but at the same on there work. Then it is great the woman’s that they can work on flexible-hours. People are changing they will have experiences now. That is why they have to earn much money and work long. I think it is a great progress we are looking at. Women and men are now not forced to choose between they work or there family. Now we see the women’s can get a perfect family whit the same they have an exciting work. I acutely don’t think this will make men and women more equal, because now the women’s can work on flexible hours whit the same they go home. They will don’t be 100 % focus on there work. But it is better than the women chose to go home it is a steep in the right direction.
