No more Couch Potatoes

I don't accepted, the morning snacks, the afternoon snakcks and the evening snacks, because I think that is a bad idea. i think, we much eat the breakfast because something like sncaks will create eating disturbance. I think, she is a not helthy, because she eat sncaks from morning to evening. In the text she says " I don't eat breakfast" I think, that is not good idea, because the breakfast is very necessary for thinking and healthy. If we not eating the breakfast in the future, so would we die of hunger and then, your fatness percent will go up. The hgealthy live is, something like a good breakfast in the morning, and you must eating healthy, because that is good. Many people should be eating about morning, afternoon, evening and night, that is very necessay. I have see the prcent in the text. The percent is : Never eat breakfast 44 %, Sleep 6 or less 22%, Don't exercise regularly 59%, Eat snack every day 75% Hours spent watching TV 31. Yes, and that is a very big problem for society. Professor Lani talking to me, man must have a 8 times to slepping and he say, the breakfast is very necessary for thinking and healthy. I have a two freinds, this is a Kemal and Fatih. Kemal has eating many snacks from morning to evening. Fatih eating a breakfast and exactly cool food eating from morning to evening. Kemal is a very fat, and Fatih is a very strong. If Kemal eating very much a snacks, so would he die because of fatness. If Fatih eating healthy, and he will be strong and cleaver. I don't acceptedthe physical acitivity in the text. In the text it is a poor idea. You will not see the TV and eating snacks. I think the physical activity is, a your wating food on the table in the kitchen that is normal, but I don't accepted, your wating with your television. Physicality I think, that is, if you go out and eat the foods, this is Physicality, but that is not good for you, but for you eating place. From my personal experiences I can talking about "you are what you do you to" that means you decided of your life.

From my personal experiences, I can talking about you will never eat snacks. You must have a 8 times to slepping and youmust eating good. You will never eating good, that is not better with your life. From my personal experiences can I more talking about foods. In Mc Donald's that is not good idea. I don't like it. I like the food from my home, because that have myself makes. So eat healthy and worse healthy.

From my own experiences, I can tell that you should never eat snacks. You have to sleep 8 hours and you have to eat strait. You will never eat strait, that won't make your life better. From my personal experiences I know a lot about food. Mc'donalds isn't a good idea. I don't like it. I like the food from my own home, because It's myself who make it. So eat healthy!

halo hvorfor for du andre til at rette din stil, kan du ikke selv. okay er det ikke dig som din lære ikke vil rette stil for ik. her er nogle gode tips til hvordan du skal håndtere det.

1) spørg en anden lære, som kan rette din stil
2) gå hen tilo kontoret og sig din problem
3) få dine forældre til at hjælpe dig

hvis du har problemer så bare spørg mig o.k det gæller også andre p.s jeg hjælper ikke med opgave kun med dine problemer
