Too Many GHosts er en af de mange bøger, som er skrevet af Paul Gallico. I den begynder møbler at bevæge sig, og folk opfører sig mærkeligt. Men vigtigst er naturligvis spøgelserne, der huserer i Lord Paradines herskabelige hjem. hans kone og datter hjælper ham så ihærdigt som de kan, men en masse hændelser finder sted, som er ganske uforklarlige. Nyheden spreder sig, og en række fornemme folk, som ellers er trofaste gæser, der ikke drømmer om at svigte ham, bliver borte den sommer. I dag er folk for videnskabeligt indstillede og tror næppe på sådanne spøgelseshistorier, der kun skræmmer børn.
Jeg har skrevet nedenstånede.. Men er der nogle forslag til forbedringer??

But the most important things are the ghosts, who lives in Lord Paradine’s luxurious house. His wife and daughter help him as diligent as they can, but alot of incidents take place, with are quite inexplicable. The news spread , and a number of distinguished people, who otherwise are loyal guests, and will never think of letting him down, are gone that summer. Today the people’s mentality is too scientific and they do not believe in such ghost stories, which only scare children.

"Furniture" er sådan et af de der dejlige ord, der ikke findes i flertal, så "furnitures" er forkert, men du har jo også selv kun skrevet "furniture" i din tekst
