2. Give an outline of the various attitudes to airport security in the texts.
Text 1.
He thinks the security check has gone too far after 9/11. The way the safety representative do the control is embarrassing for the passengers, especially the frisking. (s. 2, 8- 9) “Not to mention the frisking or that bleeping wand pushed into awkward places” The attitude in the text is that the security check has gone out of control.
Text 2.
The outline in the text is about how to introduce a better security check for the ground crews, because the security check are not thorough enough.
( s. 5.l. 45- 46) “We`re creating the illusion of security only… nothing is being done”.
Text 3.
She compares the Tel Aviv’s Ben –Gurion Airport with the New York’s Kennedy International Airport and finds the security check insufficiently.
Moreover she thinks that the security staff needs to undergo specialized training.
(s.7.l. 54-57) “The entire ordeal left me with the feeling that U.S airport security…with courtesy.”
3. “Frisking the flight crews in front of the passengers is downright foolish. It only makes the passengers feel unsafe.”
I agree on that statement. I think that it is quit all right too frisking the flight crew but not in front of the passengers. It might be possible to do the frisking another place before take off.

I think that it is QUITE all right TO FRISK the flight crew, but not in front of the passengers. It might be possible to do the frisking another place before take off.
