Opgave 1.

1. Ethnography is a new way to understand customers, A company sends people to live with families, to study their weekdays.

2. There are many negative ways, one of them can be if the companies are unlucky. They need lots of money and maybe they are getting a bad result. Maybe sometimes they are getting in conflicts with the families, and gets lots then the companies are getting a bad rumour, and maybe even the newspaper is writting about it

3. Because in this way there are getting, into peoples life, and letting them understand how other people are thinking. and when they now that they can improve their products or make new kinds of products that people needs but nobody haven't found out.

Opgave 2

2. They need all the informations to make the perfect product, they need to know what people think when they are standing in the store and looking on the product, and when people is sitting home and the children is asking to get a TV, then they have to know peoples reactions on these things, they have to know exatcly what people are thinking, because when they know that they can use it to set the price higher or lower, and to they need it to know what kinds of style people are looking after. They also need to know what places peoples prefer to shop. They also need to make sure that all people know about there products, and the only way they can find out of that is when they study the families, then the companies can make advertisement in the areas that now knows so much about the producs, and then they can make their product more popular, and the product is being promoted and many more people wants to buy it.

Happy Dog group has started a new way of conducting marketing surveys, and this tool is called Ethnography. It is a revolutionay way of gathering information and date from people. We sent out our representative to a home, where he stays for two weeks, maybe less, if he get the information we need.
So we would like to see your family participate in our marketing surveys.
You will have to open your door to a 'stranger' for at least one week, if you accept our offer. 'The stranger' will be staying with you twenty-four-seven, as we say. Our representative will follow you everywhere in you every day in this one week, maybe more. You will not be informed exatcly where and when our representative is observing you, so we can keep the data precise.
If you choose to participate in our survey, you will of course receive a generous compensation for our representatives stay. Beside that, you will also receive two new plasma TV.

If you are interested in our offer, we would like to hear from you within the next two weeks, from the date stamped on this letter.
