In the 17th century a new technology was born. The technology that could prove for every one how coloures was working with the light wavelength, and how we could absorb these different coloures, by our view and acknowledgement, and definitely develop these theories, straighten to Lambert-Beers law.

Lambert beers law which sounds like this, A= e*l*[Farvestof koncentration] is a law who describes the value of the absorption, by inserting values for e, l and the colour concentration. Typically we want the absorption to be less than 1; it is called the limited value. In some cases if our results of the experiment are not 100%, it is hard to get a value that is less than 1. So, the number 1 can tell us how our experiment did work.

When we say Lambert beers law, we are in need to say linear regression. Because we are in need to make a graph by the linear regression of our values, to give a conclusion. It will in this occasional be a line which has a function named f(x) =ax+b. If we compare Lambert beers law to our linear regression, we can see that they both have something in common.
f(x) =ax+b ? A= e*l*[Farvestof koncentration]
f(x), could be the value of the absorbance or Y
a, could be e
x, could be l
b, could be [koncentration], therefore we are in need to know what a, b and x are to know how Lambert beers law really work.

Despite of the fact that every human being know what colour your hair, shirt or soda is, I am sure that half of them doesn’t know why it is coloured, or how we produce these colours?

The purpose of this chemistry and mathematic report is to monitor and control the content of synthetic colours. And give a clear description of Azorubin. I will account for the mathematics methods by using our experiment in chemistry.

I want to find answers to:
- What is a colour? How does it work?
- What do colours do in food and drinks?
- What is Lambert beers law and what can this law help us with?
- How can we use the linear regression? And what kind of mathematic method is it?
- When, is it unhealthy to eat food which contains colours, in this case azorubin? - What is ADI?

At the end I will discuss the values of our absorption of the red soda that contains azorubin. And conclude the facts we got of the project.

skulle du aflevere den i aften? Ellers kan jeg godt komme med nogle kommentarer imorgen...
